Bob made the process of selling my ex’s and my marital home as smooth as possible. I initially had reservations about working with him because he happens to be acquainted with my ex—I was concerned this would cause a conflict of interest. It didn’t. Bob was professional and accommodating, working around our schedules and coming to us for meetings. All communication was transparent and included all parties. Bob is also a competent realtor. He walked us through the process step-by-step, taking time to explain and answer questions. He researched comps, helped prepare the house for showing, arranged to have a photographer take quality photos for the listing—all factors that affected the final sell-price of the house.
